Terms and Conditions

Guests pay a reservation 30% of the total price of the accommodation, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The rest of the total price for accommodation will be paid upon arrival at the apartment at Check In

• Check-in from 14:00 to 23:00
• Check-out from 07:00 to 10:00

*Earlier Check In and later Check Out is also possible depend of apartment availability with extra charge. 

Apartment owner require a damage deposit from guests:

guests have to deposit a damage insurance in amount of 200 € in cash upon arrival
damage deposit will be returned by Bank transfer up to 7 days after check-out, or after cleaning apartment when apartment will be detail checked

People no matter the age stay for 20 €/person/night when using an available extra bed.

• WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Getting into the property

Someone will meet the guest on location.
When you arrive, please kontakt me 00385981745944. When app will be cleaned, after 14:00h you can check in.

• Cleaning fee of 50€/stay – not included in price
• Pets on request 5€/night/pet.

• • You have set the following house rules for your guests:

  • Smoking is not allowed.

  • Pets are allowed on request with extra charge 5 €/night/pet.

  • Parties in apartments are not allowed.

  • Quiet hours are between 22:00h and 08:00h.
